3. Customer must present e-voucher(s) to the staff to use the service.

5. This e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-combinable with any other promotions, discounts and packages.
6. Blackout dates are applicable between December 24 - January 2.
7. An extra surcharge per person of THB 700 for Spa Treatments must be paid directly to the spa upon arrival if e-vouchers are used outside of specified days (E-vouchers must be used within the expiration date.)
