Pastry Chef Kevin Lee presents a tempting selection of savoury delicacies including Peking duck with hoisin sauce and crunchy vegetables, sweet and sour chicken, and shrimp with rice crackers.

Kevin’s delicious desserts include mango and chocolate pudding., pineapple tart and strawberry macaroons.
