- The rate is net inclusive of VAT and service charges.
- This voucher is non-refundable.

- The extra person will be charged at the resort upon check-in. (Maximum 1 Extra Bed per villa)
    - Adult (12 Years old or above) Extra Bed incl. breakfast = THB 3,000 NET per night
    - Child (5 - 11 Years old) Sharing the bed with the parent OR Sleep on a sofa bed = Breakfast THB 294 NET per night.
    - Infant (0 - 4 Years old) Free of charge
