เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ

1. บัตรกำนัลมีอายุตั้งแต่ วันที่ 5 มกราคม ถึง 31 มีนาคม 2564

2. กรุณาแจ้งความประสงค์ในการใช้สิทธิ์บัตรกำนัลจากเว็บไซต์ Megatix พร้อมสำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้าที่เบอร์ 053 253888

3. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโครงการเราเที่ยวด้วยกัน และไม่สามารถสะสมคะแนน GC ได้

4. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ สามารถใช้ได้ที่โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา เชียงใหม่ เท่านั้น

5. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ สำหรับใช้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

6. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ เปรียบเสมือนเงินสด กรณีบัตรชำรุด สูญหาย หรือถูกขโมย โรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกบัตรใหม่ และไม่สามารถชดเชยมูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตรได้

7. ผู้ถือบัตรกำนัลต้องชำระค่าบริการส่วนเกินนอกเหนือจากมูลค่าของบัตรกำนัลเงินสด

8. โรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแสกน QR code จากบัตรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการชำระค่าบริการ

9. โรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องเเจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

2. Advance reservations are required. Limited seating is available, please notify the restaurant that you will be redeeming your voucher during that visit
3. The ticket price is per person per meal
4. The ticket price is unable to be in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
5. The ticket can only be enjoyed and redeemed at Shangri-La Hotel Chiang Mai
6. The ticket is valid for dine-in only and must be presented before ordering
7. The ticket is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part), may not be redeemed for other gift cards and/or special offers and any unused credit will be forfeited
8. The Hotel and its establishments are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket and no replacements will be made in these circumstances
