📜 Terms and Conditions

• Booking Type: Valid for FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings only. Not applicable for group bookings.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchasing the voucher. Partial payments are not accepted.

• Refund Policy: Rates are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• ALL & ALL+ Explorer Members: Eligible to earn Reward points and Status nights only. Other member benefits (e.g., room upgrades, welcome amenities, or evening cocktail access) are not applicable with this rate.

• Child Policy: Free stay for up to 2 children aged 0-4 years old. For children aged 5-11 years old, an additional charge of 400 THB applies (includes an extra bed, maximum 1 extra bed), for up to 2 children.

• Extra Person Policy: Extra bed for an adult is subject to an additional charge of 800 THB net, including breakfast (maximum 1 extra bed).

• Holiday Surcharge: A surcharge of 500 THB/room/night applies on 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 December 2026; 1 January 2027; and 5–10 February 2027. This surcharge must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

• Taxes: All rates are inclusive of 7% VAT, 10% service charge, and 0.8% provincial tax.

• Check-in: Guests must present the original physical voucher to the receptionist upon check-in.

• Usage: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or modified for other services.

• Reservations: Advanced room reservations are strictly required. Please contact the reservations department at 053-270 051 or email [email protected]. Room confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.

• Cancellations: Any cancellation of an existing booking must be notified at least 3 days prior to the reserved arrival date.

• Forfeiture: The right to use the voucher will be forfeited in the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, or if the cancellation is made later than the hotel's stipulated policy.

• นโยบายการคืนเงิน: อัตรานี้ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้โดยเด็ดขาด เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วจะไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี

• สมาชิก ALL และ ALL+ Explorer Member: มีสิทธิ์ได้รับคะแนนสะสมและคืนเข้าพักที่นับเป็นคืนสะสมเท่านั้น โดยสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นของสมาชิกทั้งหมด (เช่น การอัปเกรดห้องพัก ของต้อนรับ หรือสิทธิ์เข้า evening cocktail จะไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับอัตรานี้)

• นโยบายเด็ก: พิเศษพักฟรีสำหรับเด็กอายุ 0-4 ปี ไม่เกิน 2 คน สำหรับเด็กอายุ 5-11 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 400 บาท รวมเตียงเสริม (เสริมได้สูงสุด 1 เตียง) ไม่เกิน 2 คน

• นโยบายเตียงเสริม: เตียงเสริมสำหรับผู้ใหญ่คิดค่าบริการเพิ่ม 800 บาทสุทธิ รวมอาหารเช้า (เสริมได้สูงสุด 1 เตียง)

• ค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม (Surcharge): ชำระเพิ่ม 500 บาท/ห้อง/คืน ในวันที่ 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 ธันวาคม 2569, วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2570 และ วันที่ 5-10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 (ชำระเงินเพิ่มเติมที่โรงแรมในวันเข้าพัก)

• ภาษีและค่าบริการ: ราคานี้รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% ค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีบำรุงท้องถิ่น 0.8% เรียบร้อยแล้ว

• การลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก: ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องแสดงบัตรห้องพักฉบับจริงต่อพนักงานต้อนรับขณะลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก

• ข้อจำกัดการใช้งาน: บัตรห้องพักนี้ไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นอย่างอื่นได้

• การสำรองห้องพัก: กรุณาสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้ากับแผนกสำรองห้องพักที่หมายเลข 053-270 051 หรือ อีเมล [email protected] โดยต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน และการยืนยันห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องที่ว่าง ณ ขณะนั้น

• การยกเลิกห้องพัก: การยกเลิกการจองห้องพักจะต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน ก่อนเข้าพักตามที่ได้จองไว้

• การสิ้นสุดสิทธิ์: สิทธิในการใช้บัตรห้องพักนี้จะสิ้นสุดลง ในกรณีไม่เข้าพักโดยไม่มีการแจ้งยกเลิก หรือแจ้งยกเลิกช้ากว่าที่โรงแรมกำหนดไว้

Terms and conditions:

1. All vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
2. All vouchers have no cash value.
3. All vouchers cannot be used with other discounts or third-party promotions.
4. For voucher use during public holidays and hotel happenings, blackout dates may apply. Advance reservations are required.
5. All vouchers cannot be copied or altered. 
6. Validity for each voucher is as per mentioned in event description. Validity cannot be changed or extended in any case. All fixed date ticket types are valid on the selected date only. Open date vouchers must be used within 3 months after purchase.
7. All vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged to other services.
8. Advance booking is highly recommended.
9. Hotel reserves the right to change operating hours without prior notice.
10. Number of each ticket type is limited.
