Terms & Conditions
1.  The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised without prior notice. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.
2.  We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor do we replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided herein. Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.
3.  If the event is cancelled because of any reason outside of the control of the Presenter then refunds shall be at the Presenters absolute discretion.
4. For events including alcoholic beverages - ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE ABLE TO PRESENT PHOTO ID TO PROVE THEIR AGE.
5.  This ticket is valid for the specific activity and location specified on the ticket along with the seating or meal period and cannot be swapped/exchanged to other activities and locations.
6.  A Hotel representative will contact you via email to gather any further information regarding food preferences, allergies or special requests.
7.  Other Discounts or Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with this voucher/offer. The ticket is non-refundable if not redeemed.
8.  Where a set menu is offered the dishes may vary in offering depending on the availability of fresh ingredients.
9. The vouchers cannot be earned or redeemed for discounted products or services through Marriott Bonvoy, Club Marriott or any other promotions.
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
1. หัวหิน แมริออท รีสอร์ท และ สปา ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัน เวลา สถานที่ กิจกรรม และสันทนาการต่างๆ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า รวมถึงไม่การันตีตำแหน่งของที่นั่ง
2. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ หากสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือถูกทำลาย และทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนบัตรกำนัลที่ทำการซื้อไปแล้วไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม
3. หากกิจกรรมจำเป็นต้องถูกยกเลิกได้เนื่องด้วยสาเหตุที่อยู่เหนือการควบคุมของทางรีสอร์ท ทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้พิจารณาและตัดสินใจในการคืนเงินแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
4. ในการซื้อเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ผู้ซื้อจะต้องมีอายุตามเกณฑ์ที่กฏหมายกำหนด และสามารถแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนเพื่อชี้แจงอายุได้หากจำเป็น  
5. บัตรกำนัลนี้ใช้สำหรับการร่วมงานตามที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรกำนัลเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
6.  ทางรีสอร์ทจะทำการติดต่อไปทางอีเมลเพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการแพ้อาหาร จึงขอความกรุณาทำการตอบกลับหากได้รับอีเมลดังกล่าว
7. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับข้อเสนอพิเศษ โปรโมชั่น หรือแพ็คเกจอื่นๆได้ และไม่สามารถทำการแลกคืนหลังจากการซื้อได้ ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม
8. สำหรับอาหารที่เป็นเซตเมนูอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบ
9. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือบริการของสมาชิกแมริออทบอนวอย คลับแมริออท หรือใช้กับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ
