► บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก และพูลวิลล่า สามารถใช้เข้าพักได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มีนาคม - 30 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2564 และไม่สามารถแก้ไข หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงระยะเวลาเข้าพักได้
► การสำรองห้องพัก หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพัก กรุณาสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนการเข้าพัก
► การสำรองห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างสำหรับโปรโมชั่นนี้ และความสามารถในการให้บริการได้ในแต่ละวัน

► บัตรกำนัลร้านอาหารสามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ในการชำระค่าอาหาร และเครื่องดื่ม
► บัตรกำนัลร้านอาหารมีมูลค่า 1,200 บาทสุทธิ กรณีมีส่วนต่าง ลูกค้าต้องชำระส่วนต่างด้วยเงินสด หรือบัตรเครดิต และไม่สามารถทอน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ 
► บัตรกำนัลร้านอาหาร ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลดสมาชิกแอคคอร์พลัส แพ็คเกจ หรือข้อเสนอพิเศษ และในงานอีเว้นท์ใดๆ
► สำหรับบัตรกำนัลสปา สามารถใช้ได้ ที่ โซ สปา โรงแรมโซ โซฟิเทล หัวหิน เท่านั้น
► สำหรับโปรโมชั่นซื้อ 10 ฟรี 1 ของบัตรกำนัลสปา สามารถซื้อคละประเภทได้ และสงวนสิทธิ์รับฟรี บัตรกำนัลนวดไทย เท่านั้น

► บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสด

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
► The room voucher validity from 1 March until 30 June 2021 and cannot be extended to any other periods
► Advance room reservation at least 14 days is required for room voucher and subject to room availability

► Accor Plus member, please present the original room voucher along with a valid Accor Plus Membership Card upon check-in
► Complimentary breakfast for 1 child below 12 years old, sharing existing bed with parent
► Surcharge for 3rd person is at THB 1,500 net/room/night inclusive of extra bed and breakfast
► Surcharge for weekday voucher to stay on Saturday as below;
     - THB 2,500 net/room/night for SO Comfy, SO Studio, SO Family, SO Family Kids House, Comfy Pool Access, and SO Lofty Pool Access
     - THB 5,000 net/room/night for SO Family Suite, 1-Bedroom SO Pool Villa, and 2-Bedroom SO Pool Villa
► Blackout periods for all room types are on 26-27 March 2021 | 3-5, 10-17 and 23-24 April 2021 | 1-4 and 8-10 May 2021 | 3-5 June 2021 and when rooms are fully booked
► Family Promotion: Booked 2 consecutive nights on SO Family, SO Family Kids House and SO Family Suite received;
• FREE Daily Breakfast for 2 children below 12 years old when booked room with breakfast rate
• FREE Meal when kids eat with parents at White Oven and Beach Society (one selection from kid's menu per child per meal)
• FREE Kids snack during 16:00 - 17:00 hrs. at Kids Tent
► The dining and spa voucher validity from 1 March until 30 September 2021 and cannot be extended to any other periods
► The dining voucher can only be used for payment of food and beverage at Beach Society only
► The dining voucher is only for one-time use, cannot keep the changes as deposit or credit for any other meal
► The dining voucher is valued at THB 1,200 net. The supplement can be settled by cash or credit card
► The dining voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, membership privileges or events
► The spa voucher can only be used at SO/ SPA, SO Sofitel Hua Hin
► The spa voucher promotion 'Buy 10 Get 1 Free', can be combined between Thai massage and oil massage. The free voucher will be Thai massage only

► The online voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and non-refundable
