ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• ราคาบัตรกำนัลรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว 
• ราคาที่แสดงคือราคาซึ่งรวมส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆเรียบร้อยแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้กับสิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• กรุณาจองสปาล่วงหน้า
• บัตรกำนัลซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้ 
• ในกรณีที่ไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องอาหารไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก 
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลสปาและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัล พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง ให้แก่เจ้าหน้า ณ วันที่มาใช้บริการสปา โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• บัตรกำนัลห้องสปาใช้ได้ครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆและเงื่อนไขตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 
• อวานี สปา ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่ 
• อวานี สปา มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลกที่หมดอายุ
• อวานี สปา ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

General T&Cs for Certificates

• Advance reservation is required.
• The rate quoted is per night including maximum discount, subject to seasonal variations and change without notice.
• Certificate rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.
• The rate quoted is per package, including discounts and extra benefits.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with We Travel Together Campaign 'Rao Tiew Duay Gun' Campaign.
• Certificates are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• A copy of your certificate must be presented at check-in with a valid passport. The name on your Certificate must match the name on your passport. 
• Certificates may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. 
• Certificates are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy. 
• AvaniSpa at Avani Pattaya Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
• Advance reservation is required and redemption of Certificates.
• In the event of a no show, the Certificate is considered to have been redeemed and the full stay will be charged.
• AvaniSpa at Avani Pattaya Resort has the right to reject any expired Certificate and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
• AvaniSpa at Avani Pattaya Resort may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately
