Fireplace Grill and Bar invites patrons to indulge in an exceptional evening of gastronomy, featuring a five-course menu of Fine cuisine expertly paired with exquisite wines from the Poderi Gianni Gagliardo vineyard in La Morra, a picturesque hilltop town in Italy’s renowned Piedmont region.

The evening will be further enriched by a special appearance from guest speaker and winemaker Gianni Gagliardo, who will share insights into his craft and the heritage behind his celebrated wines from the famed Barolo vineyards.

The curated menu includes classic Italian beef tongue ‘bollito’, Okan purebred wagyu striploin, slow-roasted duck breast, and homemade crab ravioli.  Each thoughtfully paired to showcase Gianni Gagliardo’s mastery of winemaking and the distinctive character of Piedmont’s terroir.
