Terms & Conditions – Sanctuary of Romance Package

1. Booking & Stay Period

   • Booking period is valid from now until 27 February 2026.

   • Stay validity is from 1 – 28 February 2026, inclusive.

2. Package Inclusions

   • The package includes one (1) night accommodation for two (2) persons, daily breakfast for two, and one selected experience per stay (Apsara Cruise Dinner, Vertigo Dinner, or Banyan Tree Spa).

   • Experiences are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other services.

3. Room Categories & Rates

   • Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are net, inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.

   • Package rates apply per room, per night, per package, for double occupancy only.

4. Flexible Check-in & Check-out

   • 24-hour flexible check-in and check-out is subject to availability and must be reconfirmed upon arrival.

5. Valentine’s Day Supplement

   • A supplement charge of THB 3,000 per room per night applies for stays on 14 February 2026.

   • This supplement supports enhanced Food & Beverage and Spa operations on Valentine’s Day.

6. Valentine’s Day Spa Upgrade

   • Guests who select the Banyan Tree Spa experience option and stay on 14 February 2026 will receive a complimentary upgrade from a 60-minute massage to a 120-minute massage for two (2) persons, at no additional charge.

   • This upgrade is valid only on 14 February 2026 and cannot be used on other dates.

7. Experience Reservations

   • Advance reservation is required for Apsara Cruise, Vertigo Restaurant, and Banyan Tree Spa, and is subject to availability.

   • Dining and spa experiences are subject to operating hours, blackout dates, and outlet policies.

8. ALL – Accor Live Limitless

   • ALL Reward Points earning and tier benefits apply only to bookings made via the Reservation Team, in accordance with ALL programme terms and conditions.

   • Bookings made through third-party platforms may not be eligible for ALL benefits.

9. Cancellation & Amendments

   • Cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies are subject to hotel policy at the time of booking.

   • Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and hotel approval.

10. General Conditions
