🎟 TICKET FAQ
- The ticket is showing ‘Allocation Exhausted’ what does this mean? This means that all available tickets are not in guests ‘shopping carts’. Occasionally some guests will abandon their carts. If this occurs tickets will go back on sale for that category.
- My payment method is not working, what are my options? We can only accept Debit or Credit cards. If there is an issue with your card, check with your card or daily limits. If still issues, use another card
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, tickets are transferable to another person for the same event only.
 
    Ticket Terms & Conditions :
* The event is strictly for those 21 years and above.
* FINAL ENTRY, if after we may deny entry or charge a late fee of 1,000 THB
    * Presale & Early Bird tickets final entry is at 4:00 PM.
    * General Admission, Final Sale, and Stage Access tickets final entry at 6:00 PM.
* Re-entry is permitted until 6:30 PM.
* Please note that tickets labeled as 'Timed Entry' have designated entry timings. Holders of these tickets must enter the venue during the specified time slot mentioned on their ticket's tier. Kindly ensure you arrive within the indicated timeframe to guarantee smooth entry and the best experience.
* Please be aware that late entry may result in a late fee following the company's policy.
* This ticket grants access to the main event taking place from 2 PM to 23.59 PM.
* Ticket will be redeemed once only at the gate for a wristband to gain entry, and re-entry before 6:30 PM. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost wristbands won't be replaced; new ones must be purchased at 5,000 THB per person.
* Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the police.
* When arriving at the gate, please either have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email opened and ready to be scanned on your device to exchange for a wristband to access the event.
* In case of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, our company will change your ticket into a credit for F&B.
* All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
