Tickets & Wristbands

Ticket will be redeemed once at the gate in exchange for a wristband for entry. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event and are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through an authorized point of sale. Fraudulent tickets will be referred to the police.

Please have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email ready to be scanned upon arrival.

Tickets with a designated entry time are subject to a 500 THB late arrival fee.

Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the venue.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests at its discretion.
