• บัตรกำนัลนี้สำหรับใช้รับประทานแพ็กเกจอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมไฮแอท รีเจนซี่ กรุงเทพ สุขุมวิทเท่านั้น
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้ 1 วันหลังการซื้อและมีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2564 ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ วันที่ทำการสำรองที่นั่ง ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้า
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโรงแรมไฮแอทที่อื่นๆได้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนหรือนำมาใช้กับการบริการหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดหรือร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆ ได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้จะต้องนำมาใช้ภายในอายุการใช้งานที่กำหนดบนบัตรเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถขยายเวลาและไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
• ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องพักหรือห้องอาหารไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
• บัตรนี้เปรียบเสมือนเงินสด กรณีบัตรสูญหาย โรงแรมฯ ไม่สามารถทำการอายัดออกบัตรใหม่ หรือชดเชยมูลค่าของบัตรได้
• การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมคะแนนกับโปรแกรม World of Hyatt 
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในเชิงการค้าอื่นๆ

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This certificate is only applicable for consumption of the All-you-can-eat Breakfast at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit.
• This certificate can be redeemed from one day after the voucher purchase date until 30 September 2021 and must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit only.
• This certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services,
cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
• Advance reservation is required, subject to hotel’s availability.
• Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.
• This certificate is not eligible for World of Hyatt program.
• This certificate is not for commercial use.
