• All vouchers are valid until 31 August 2021, except for Rose Bouquet and Valentine’s Cake voucher that is valid until 28 February 2021.
• Vouchers can be redeemed at Anantara Siam Bangkok and Anantara Spa at Anantara Siam Bangkok only.
• "Hair Salon + Afternoon Tea" and "Stress Release Massage + Thai Set Lunch" are available daily. All benefits included in the package must be redeemed on the same day.
• Choose one Mini Valentine’s Cake - comes in 5 flavours (Amour, Viola, Manjari, Strawberry choux and Pink Lady). Please contact us on the number or email address below to check the availability of your favourite flavour. 
• F&B credit in the Live the Suite Life voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers and privileges.
• Vouchers are non-refundable. Unused portion of the voucher is non-transferable and can't be converted into cash or future credits.
• The original voucher must be presented before receiving the service.

• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ที่โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ และอนันตรา สปา ณ โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ เท่านั้น
• บัตรกำนัลสำหรับแพ็คเกจเสริมสวย และชุดน้ำชายามบ่ายสามารถใช้บริการได้ทุกวัน และจะต้องใช้บริการตามเงื่อนไขแพ็คเกจภายในวันเดียวกัน
• สำหรับวาเลนไทน์เค้ก สามารถเลือกได้จาก 5 รสชาติ (Amour, Viola, Manjari, Strawberry choux and Pink Lady) และขึ้นอยู่กับสินค้าที่ยังมีอยู่ในขณะนั้น
• บัตรกำนัลสำหรับแพ็คเกจนวดที่อนันตรา สปา และรับประทานชุดอาหารไทยมื้อกลางวัน สามารถใช้บริการได้ทุกวัน และจะต้องใช้บริการตามเงื่อนไขแพ็คเกจภายในวันเดียวกัน
• บัตรกำนัลสำหรับแพ็ตเกจรับประทานอาหารอย่างเป็นส่วนตัวในห้องสวีท ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือสินค้าและบริการอื่นๆได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือสินค้าและบริการอื่นๆได้ รวมถึงการขยายเวลาในการเข้าใช้บริการ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่น ๆ ได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ สามารถโอนสิทธิให้ผู้อื่นได้
