• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ราคารวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก อาหาร และสปาไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้
• กรุณาสำรองการบริการสปาล่วงหน้าผ่านทางอีเมล์ [email protected] หรือโทร +66 (0) 2126 8866 สำหรับใช้บัตรกำนัลสปา
• สำหรับใช้บัตรกำนัลสปา หากมาสายมากกว่า 15 นาทีจะมีผลต่อเวลาทรีทเมนต์สั้นลง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยการกระทบเวลาทรีทเม้นต์ของลูกค้าคนถัดไป
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ สามารถโอนสิทธิให้ผู้อื่นได้ 
• โรงแรม อนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่ 
• โรงแรมอนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าใช้บริการตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง
• โรงแรม อนันตรา สยาม กรุงเทพ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

• This voucher is valid until 31st December 2020.
• For Anantara Siam Spa vouchers please reserve in advance at +66 (0) 2 126 8866 or [email protected]
• Spa vouchers are only redeemable on the weekdays (Monday - Fridays).
• An extra surcharge of THB 500 net per person if you wish to come in the weekend and public holiday.
• For Fitness Day Pass vouchers please reserve in advance at +66 (0) 2 126 8866 or [email protected]
• Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Voucher is transferable as a gift certificate.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
• Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has the right to reject any expired Certificate and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
• Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
• Voucher may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
