Theme

• Pool Party Fantasy: The imagery includes a bright, fantastical landscape with oversized wave pool (10,000Sq.m.) conveying a sense of an enchanted aquatic playground.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are no cash value, non refundable and cannot be exchanged to other services or cash.

• Participants must be over 20 years of age on the day of the event.

• Please prepare your ID card, driver's license or passport for verification.

• No weapons or sharp objects of any kinds are allowed to be brought to the Event.

• No illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the Event. If found, the Organizer will have the individual escorted to the relevant authorities and punished by law.

• No food or drinks from outside the Event are allowed.

• No electronic cigarettes, cigarettes or any other tobacco are allowed inside the Event.

• No selfie sticks, balloons, toy guns, water guns, sling shots, umbrellas, drones, professional cameras, stairs, folding chairs or lasers may be brought into the Event.

• No flammable items are permitted. 

• No animals are allowed.

• All purchases are non-refundable. There are no refunds unless the event is canceled.

• Event Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating the event’s rules, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.

• Line-up and time table is subject to change without notice.

• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or tampered in any way or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale.

• Tickets will be redeemed once only at the gate for a wristband in order to gain access to the festival. Wristband must be worn for the duration of the Festival. Wristbands are non-transferable. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. New wristband subject to at door ticket price

• The organizer reserves the right to reissue a new wristband in any cases. Please do not tear off, cut, fall off or lose your wristband. (Wristband cannot be transferred or exchanged).

• In case of Lost Ticket. If lost or damaged, the company reserves the right not to release the new ticket or wristband in all cases.

• You consent to be included in any photography, film and/or sound recordings of the Festival or its surroundings and for these recordings to be used by us for any future Festival marketing and promotional purposes without payment or authorization.

• The organizer will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage or to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items)

• บัตรไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าและบริการอื่นได้

• ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมงานต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป

• กรุณาเตรียมบัตรประชาชน, ใบขับขี่ หรือ พาสปอร์ตมาเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน

• ห้ามนำอาวุธ สิ่งของมีคม หรือสิ่งเทียบอาวุธทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน

• ห้ามนำสารเสพติดทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน หากพบเห็นผู้จัดงานจะส่งตัวไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายทันที

• ห้ามนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มจากภายนอก เข้ามาภายในงาน

• ห้ามนำบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า หรือบุหรี่, ยาสูบอื่นๆ เข้ามาภายในงาน

• ห้ามนำไม้เซลฟี่, ลูกโป่ง, ตุ๊กตาสูบลม,ปืนฉีดน้ำ, ห่วงยาง, ของเล่น, ร่ม, โดรน, กล้องทุกชนิด, บันได, เก้าอี้พับ และเลเซอร์ทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในงาน 

• ห้ามนำสิ่งที่ก่อให้เกิดประกายไฟทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน

• ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงาน

• บัตรคอนเสิร์ตไม่สามารถแลก เปลี่ยน หรือคืนเงินได้ จะไม่มีการคืนเงินเว้นแต่งานจะถูกยกเลิก

• ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมสำหรับบุคคลใดก็ตามที่ละเมิดกฎของงาน หรือผู้ที่มีพฤติกรรมที่ถือว่าผิดกฎหมาย 

• รายชื่อศิลปินและตารางเวลาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

• หากตั๋วชำรุด, ถูกดัดแปลงในทางใดทางหนึ่ง หรือไม่ได้ซื้อผ่านจุดขายที่ได้รับอนุญาต จะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าบริเวณงาน 

• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกตั๋วหรือสายรัดข้อมือให้ใหม่ทุกกรณี ขอความกรุณาห้ามถอดดึง ตัด ทําหลุด หรือสูญหายโดยเด็ดขาด *สายรัดข้อมือ (Wristband) ใช้สําหรับเข้างาน (ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์แลกเปลี่ยนสายรัดข้อมือได้)

• หากทำตั๋วหรือสายรัดข้อมือสูญหาย ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า ทางผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกบัตรแทนให้ในทุกกรณี

• ผู้เข้าร่วมงานรับทราบและยินยอมให้มีการถ่ายภาพและ/หรือบันทึกภาพยนตร์ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขายในอนาคตของเทศกาล โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายและไม่ต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

• ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือเสียหายของทรัพย์สินใดๆ
