  • กรณีลูกค้ามาสายเกินกว่าเวลานัด ทางสปาขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการตามเวลาที่เหลืออยู่ และไม่มีการให้บริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่มเติม

  • กรณีลูกค้าไม่มาเข้ารับบริการตามนัดโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน
    If the customer does not come to receive the service by appointment without prior notice, The shop reserves the right to collect the full amount. 
  • หากลูกค้าต้องการเลื่อนนัดกรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง หากแจ้งช้ากว่าเวลาที่กำหนด ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวนและยกเลิกคิวโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
