เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด (Terms & Conditions)

• Voucher นี้จะมีอายุการใช้งานนับจากวันที่ซื้อ จนถึง 30 กันยายน 2566 (กรุณานำมาใช้งานภายในเวลาที่กำหนด)

• ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน Voucher เป็นเงินสดได้
  Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ส่วนลดที่มอบให้ถือว่าเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ไม่สามารถต่อรองขอสิทธิ์ส่วนลดเพิ่มเติมได้อีก

• ราคา Voucher นั้นได้รวม VAT และ Service Charge เรียบร้อยแล้วจะไม่มีการเก็บเงินเพิ่มเติม

• หากกรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพิ่มเติมที่มิได้อยู่ในเงื่อนไขของโปรโมชั่น เช่น การอบไอน้ำ, การแช่อางจากุชชี่, การอัพเกรดห้อง VIP หรือ Couple room และการซื้อสินค้าเพิ่มเติม เป็นต้น ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมนั้นด้วยตนเองทั้งหมด

• Voucher ที่ใช้งานหรือถูกสแกนแล้ว ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้งานซ้ำได้อีกต่อไป

• ลูกค้าจะต้องแสดง Voucher เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการทุกครั้ง

• หากต้องการทำการนัดจอง หรือเลื่อนการจอง กรุณาแจ้งวันและเวลากับ Reception ล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลา 1 วัน เป็นอย่างต่ำ

• ก่อนการเข้ารับบริการรบกวนลูกค้ามาก่อนเวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาที เพื่อเตรียมตัวและรับคำปรึกษากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนทำสปาทรีทเมนต์
  Please come 10-15 minutes before the appointment to prepare and consult with a therapist before the spa treatment.
• กรณีลูกค้ามาสายเกินกว่าเวลานัด ทางสปาขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการตามเวลาที่เหลืออยู่ และไม่มีการให้บริการล่วงเวลาเพิ่มเติม
  If the customer arrives late, The spa reserves the right to provide the service for the remaining time. and no additional overtime service.
• กรณีลูกค้าไม่มาเข้ารับบริการตามนัดโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน
  If the customer does not come to receive the service by appointment without prior notice, The shop reserves the right to collect the full amount.
• หากลูกค้าต้องการเลื่อนนัดกรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง หากแจ้งช้ากว่าเวลาที่กำหนด ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวนและยกเลิกคิวโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  If the customer wants to postpone an appointment, please inform at least 24 hours in advance. The shop reserves the right to collect the full amount and cancel the queue without prior notice.

**เงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติม เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ Covid-19 (Additional conditions due to covid-19 situation)

• ลูกค้าที่สามารถเข้าใช้บริการสปาได้ จะต้องมีเอกสารยืนยันการได้รับวัคซีนครบ 2 เข็ม !เท่านั้น

• และยื่นผลตรวจ RT-PCR หรือ ATK ที่เป็นลบ ภายใน 48 ชม. เพื่อยืนยันสถานะความปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อ Covid-19
