ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• ราคาที่แสดงคือราคาต่อแพ็คเกจซึ่งรวมส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆเรียบร้อยแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร และสปาไม่สามารถใช้กับสิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร และสปาไม่สามารถใช้กับสิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้ 
• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องพักไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก 
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่โรงแรมตอนเช็คอิน โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลห้องพักต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้ 
• ราคาบัตรกำนัลห้องพักรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักแต่ละใบ ใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักตามจำนวนคืน และสิทธิประโยชน์ตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักหนึ่งใบใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ในแพ็คเกจต้องใช้ภายในการเข้าพักครั้งเดียวกัน 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักนี้ใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนบัตร โดยไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้
• ไมเนอร์ โฮเทลส์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่ 
• กรุณาจองห้องพักล่วงหน้า โดยจองตรงกับโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ทที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรกำนัล ทั้งนี้การใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก ขึ้นอยู่กับอัตราห้องพักที่ว่าง ประเภทของห้องพักที่ว่าง ณ วันที่ทำการจอง และอาจมีวันที่ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ (ซึ่งรวมถึงวันปิดภาคเรียนและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) หรือสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าได้ที่ฝ่ายสำรองห้องพักของอวานี อ่าวนาง คลิฟฟ์ กระบี่ รีสอร์ท ได้โดยตรงที่ โทร 075 626 888 หรือ อีเมล [email protected] นอกจากนั้น คุณสามารถติดต่อฝ่ายสำรองห้องพักอวานี โทร 02 365 9110 หรือ อีเมล [email protected]
• การยกเลิก และ/หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง อาจจะสามารถหรือไม่สามารถทำได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการเข้าพักของแต่ละโรงแรม เนื่องจากบางโรงแรมมีเงื่อนไขที่ไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเลิกการจอง โปรดดูรายละเอียดที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก
• ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการเข้าพักเมื่อถึงกำหนดตามวันที่จอง จะถือว่าได้ใช้สิทธิ์ทั้งหมดของบัตรกำนัลห้องพักแล้ว และไม่สามารถนำบัตรกำนัลห้องพักมาใช้ได้อีก
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าพักตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที 

General T&Cs for Megatix Vocuhers

• The rate quoted is per night including maximum discount, subject to seasonal variations and change without notice.
• The rate quoted is per package, including discounts and extra benefits.
• Megatix Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with We Travel Together Campaign 'Rao Tiew Duay Gun' Campaign.
• Megatix Vouchers are non-refundable.
• Megatix Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• A copy of your Megatix Vouchers must be presented at check-in with a valid passport. The name on your Certificate must match the name on your passport. 
• Megatix Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Megatix Vouchers rates are inclusive of tax and service charges.
• Each Megatix Vouchers constitutes accommodation for the specified number of nights plus the benefits stated in the Certificate.
• Megatix Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. 
• Megatix Vouchers are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy. 
• Minor Hotels is not responsible for lost or stolen Megatix Vouchers.
• Advance reservation is required through the property and redemption of Megatix Vouchers are subject to the hotel's availability, specific room category availability, and ‘blackout’ periods (including school holidays and public holidays). • Cancellation and/or modification of the booking may or may not be applicable within the validity period depending on the hotel. Do note that there are some hotels with a strict no-cancellation policy. Please refer to the Certificate details for more information. 
• In the event of a no-show, the Megatix Vouchers are considered to have been redeemed and the full stay will be charged.
• Minor Hotels, Anantara, and Avani have the right to reject any expired Certificate and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
• Minor Hotels, Anantara, and Avani may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
