• Vouchers are valid from 1 June to 31 August 2025.
• Vouchers are valid for one-time use only
• The complimentary vouchers must be used alongside your purchased voucher(s) during the same visit. 
• Vouchers have no cash value.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, member privileges, or third-party promotions.
• Privileges are reserved for restaurants in the hotel, not including meetings, seminars, or banquets. Conditions are determined by the hotel or participating restaurants.
• For voucher use during public holidays and hotel events, blackout dates may apply, including Mother's Day on 12 August 2025. 
• Cannot be copied or altered. Shangri-La Bangkok accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged vouchers.
• Please present your e-voucher or printout to a member of our team upon arrival.
• Validity for each voucher is as stated in the event description. Validity cannot be changed or extended under any circumstances. Fixed date ticket types are valid only on the selected date.
• Is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
• Shangri-La Bangkok reserves the right to amend operating hours without prior notice.
• Shangri-La Circle members are not eligible to earn or redeem points on this offer.
