In keeping with Chinese tradition, the meal concluded with a perfect symphony of tea-inspired desserts 'The Elements of Tea'. Osmanthus jelly and honey oolong ice cream captured the essence of refined simplicity, while a sip of premium oolong hot tea ensured the evening ended on a smooth and serene note.

Each course was thoughtfully paired with six exquisite wine selections, enhancing the flavors and creating a luxurious, memorable experience for all our distinguished guests.
