Resort Restrictions

• Mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not allowed in public areas
• We regret we cannot accept children less than 16 years of age in the resort
• Alcoholic drinks are limited to wine and champagne after 6 pm
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

• Cancellations to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
• Requests to reduce length of stay made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
• Date changes to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
• ‘No-shows’ will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking.
• There will be no refunds or credits given for bookings that are cut short after arrival.
