• กรุณาจองล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 3 วัน โดยจองตรงกับโรงแรม ทั้งนี้การใช้บัตรกำนัล ขึ้นอยู่ความสามารถในการให้บริการสปา และอาจมีวันที่ไม่สามารถเข้าใช้บริการได้ โดยการให้บริการเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตราการของรัฐ

• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่โรงแรมตอนเช็คอิน โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลห้องพักต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• โรงแรมอมารี วอเตอร์เกท ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่
