ติดต่อกับ ศูนย์บริการลูกค้าของคลับเมด ที่ 0 2268 8448 โดยอ้างถึงหมายเลขบัตรกำนัลที่ได้จาก Megatix เพื่อทำการจองห้องพัก
คลับเมดให้ความใส่ใจกับความปลอดภัยและความสะอาดให้กับแขกผู้เข้าพัก ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถอุ่นใจไปกับโปรแกรมเซฟ ทูเกตเตอร์ ซึ่งคลับเมดได้พัฒนาร่วมกับ Ecolab เพื่อวางแผนด้านการจัดการความสะอาดภายในรีสอร์ตในทุกจุดสัมผัส นอกจากนี้ด้วยบริการแบบรวมทุกอย่างพร้อมสรรพในราคาเดียว ช่วยให้แขกผู้เข้าพักไม่ต้องออกไปภายนอกรีสอร์ต แต่สามารถเพลิดเพลินไปกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆที่มีให้บริการอย่างครบครันภายในรีสอร์ต ทั้งบริการอาหาร กิจกรรมนันทนาการ ในพื้นที่อันกว้างขวาง ปลอดโปร่งภายในรังไหมของคลับเมด (Club Med Cocoon) อีกด้วย

• บัตรกำนัลนี้ใช้ได้กับการจองห้องพักใหม่เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับการจองห้องพักเดิมที่ได้ยืนยันไว้แล้ว หรือการจองที่มีการแก้ไขแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สำหรับ 1 ท่าน เพื่อเข้าพัก 1 คืน หรือ 2 คืน ในห้องซุพีเรียร์ เตียงคู่ หากต้องการเข้าพัก 2 ท่าน จำเป็นต้องใช้บัตรกำนัล 2 ใบ สำหรับเข้าพักห้องซุพีเรียร์

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องทำการจองการเข้าพักอย่างน้อย 1 เดือนล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าพัก และขึ้นอยู่กับห้องพักที่ว่าง
• การจองห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับห้องพักที่ว่างในขณะนั้น และอาจมีวันยกเว้นการเข้าพัก
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชัน หรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ รวมถึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องแจ้งหมายเลขอ้างอิงบนบัตรกำนัลเมื่อต้องการจองห้องพัก และควรเก็บหมายเลขนี้ไว้ในที่ที่ปลอดภัย คลับเมดจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากหมายเลขนี้สูญหาย
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถคืน และแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือบัตรกำนัลรูปแบบอื่นที่ใช้แทนเงินสด รวมถึงไม่สามารถคืนเป็นเงินสด หากมูลค่าการจองต่ำกว่ามูลค่าบัตรกำนัล
• คลับเมดขอสงวนสิทธิ์แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิก ข้อเสนอ และ/หรือ แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข ณ เวลาใดก็ได้ หากมีข้อพิพาท การตัดสินของคลับเมด ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
Club Med Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
• The Voucher applies at Club Med Thailand call center only and does not apply to online transactions.
• Guests have to redeem Vouchers through 0 2268 8448
• The Voucher applies for NEW bookings only, not for an existing booking or a booking already amended.
• One voucher for 1 night or 2-night stay apply for 1 person in Twin-sharing Superior room, Two vouchers are required for 2 persons in one Superior room
• Surcharge may apply for Single stay or higher room categories
• Low period refers to: 6-10 February, 18 February - 1 April, 6 - 29 April, 3 May - 25 June, 14 August - 18 September, 24-30 September, 8-31 October 2021
• High period refers to: 11-17 February, 2-5 April, 30 April, 26 June - 13 August 2021
• The Voucher is valid for the stay until 31 October 2021 (last checkout date).
• Advance reservation is required at least 1 month before arrival and subject to the availability
• Bookings are subject to availability; black-out dates may apply.
• The voucher cannot be used with other promotions and discounts and validity date cannot be changed.
• Guests must provide the unique Voucher reference code for redemption and are advised to keep their e-voucher safe. Club Med is not responsible for the loss of reference code.
• The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or Club Med Voucher in other denominations. No change will be given either in cash or other forms, even if the booking value is less than the Gift Voucher’s.
• Club Med reserves the sole right to vary or cancel the offer and/ or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Club Med shall be final and conclusive
