Terms & Conditions:
•    The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% applicable VAT.
•    A valid voucher or e-voucher with QR Code must be presented upon check in at Front Office.
•    Surcharge THB 1,000.-net/villa/night will be applicable on long weekend.
•    Extra Adult charge is THB 2,000.-net/person/night inclusive of breakfast and sofa bed**.
•    Extra children aged between 05 – 11.99 years old will be charged THB 1,000.-net/child/night inclusive of breakfast and kids amenities**.
•    Children aged between 0 – 04.99 years old stay free of charge when stay on the existing parent’s bed.

•    The vouchers are non-refundable or cannot be redeemed for cash and non-extendable.
