New Year’s Eve Menu

December 31, 2026, 6:00–11:00 PM at IGNIV Bangkok (1 MICHELIN star)

On December 31, IGNIV Bangkok marks the final evening of the year with a five-course New Year’s Eve Menu created for sharing, accompanied by a chilled glass of Dom Pérignon 2017 Champagne for a celebratory toast to 2027. Chef Dominik revisits some of his favorite oyster preparations to begin the evening, followed by dishes showcasing ingredients including Otoro, Foie Gras, Wagyu Beef and Oysters. Among the highlights are Wagyu prepared shabu-shabu style and Otoro–Foie Gras, bringing the two rich ingredients together with cucumber and daikon.

IGNIV’s signature sharing style brings a sense of discovery and surprise to the festive season, with unexpected combinations and playful touches revealed throughout the experience. The celebration ends on a sweet note with the IGNIV Signature Candy Store, featuring house-made chocolates and confectionery to take home.

VIU welcomes the New Year with two special dining experiences showcasing premium seafood, festive favorites and international cuisine. On December 31, guests can enjoy a celebratory New Year's Eve Dinner featuring Japanese Wagyu A4 Nigiri and a Sturia French Caviar Trolley. Highlights from the live stations include Truffle Butter Glazed Turkey and Australian Wagyu Beef Ribeye, complemented by Homemade Tagliolini with Oscietra Caviar, and a choice of main courses such as Grilled Boston Lobster Tail.

On January 1, VIU presents a leisurely New Year's Day Brunch featuring a Seafood Tower with French oysters, king crab and lobster claw, alongside Roasted Wagyu Beef Picanha, Traditional Salmon Wellington, and Wild Mushroom and Truffle Barley Risotto. Guests can also enjoy a selection of main courses and seasonal desserts, including Galette des Rois and Baba au Rum.
