1. Please present e-voucher(s) to the staff upon arrival to redeem your benefits.
2. Advanced reservations of at least 24 hours are required to ensure availability.

3. This e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-combinable with any other promotions, discounts and packages.
4. ESS Wellness & Aesthetics service hours is daily from 10.00-20.00hrs. 
5. This voucher is valid from the date of purchase until November 30, 2025. Please ensure it is used within the specified validity period. 
6. The voucher price includes VAT and service charges, and no additional service fees will be applied.
7. Vouchers that have been redeemed or scanned are no longer valid for future use.
8. Please present the voucher to confirm your benefits upon arrival.
9. To make or reschedule an appointment, please inform the reception at least 1-2 days in advance.
10. Please arrive at our Wellness for 10–15 minutes prior to the appointment in order to check in and have a personalized consultation with our specialist before your Therapy.
11. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, please be informed that the full amount of the program will be charged.

3.คูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ทอนเป็นเงินสด และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด และแพ็กเกจอื่นๆ ได้
4.ESS Wellness & Aesthetics ให้บริการทุกวัน เวลา 10.00-20.00 น.
5.Voucher มีอายุการใช้งานนับจากวันที่ซื้อ จนถึง 30 พ.ย. 2568 (กรุณานำมาใช้งานภายในเวลาที่กำหนด)
6.ราคา Voucher นั้นได้รวม VAT และ Service Charge เรียบร้อยแล้วจะไม่มีการเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
7.Voucher ที่ใช้งานหรือถูกสแกนแล้ว ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้งานซ้ำได้อีกต่อไป
8.กรุณาแสดง Voucher เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการทุกครั้ง
9.หากต้องการทำการนัดจอง หรือเลื่อนการจอง กรุณาแจ้งวันและเวลากับ Reception ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1-2 วัน
10.ก่อนการเข้ารับบริการรบกวนลูกค้ามาก่อนเวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาที เพื่อเตรียมตัวและรับคำปรึกษากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญก่อนทำโปรแกรม 
11.กรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเข้ารับบริกาได้รตามที่นัดหมายไว้ โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน
