TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to every ticket for the Eurovision Asia 2026 Friday Preview Show and the One Grand Final (the Event) at One Bangkok Forum, Bangkok, Thailand on November 14, 2026. They form the agreement between you and Voxovation Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 8605 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069, United States (we, us). They apply to tickets sold through Zoop for international sales and through Megatix for sales in Thailand (together, the Official Platforms). The Transfer, Refund and Resale Policy, the Accessibility Policy and the Flag Policy form part of these terms. By buying a ticket you accept them all.
2. Your contract
Your order is an offer to buy tickets. A contract is formed when your order confirmation is issued. Check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and contact us at [email protected] if anything is wrong.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Ticket prices include value added tax. The total shown before you pay is the ticket price plus the service fee shown at checkout. No further mandatory charges apply beyond the total shown at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Tickets are sold only through the Official Platforms.
4. Ticket delivery
Tickets are digital. They are delivered to your account or mobile wallet on the platform where you bought them. Keep your account details secure. Tickets accessed through a compromised account may be cancelled and reissued for security reasons.
5. Using your ticket
Each ticket admits one person to the Event. Tickets are for personal use only. They may not be used for advertising, promotion, competitions or any other commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Tickets may only be transferred or resold through the official channels described in the Transfer, Refund and Resale Policy. Tickets obtained or used in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund.
6. Age restrictions
Every attendee needs a valid ticket regardless of age. Attendees under 20 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult aged 20 or over. Photo identification may be requested at the entrance.
7. Right of admission and security
Admission is subject to these terms and the venue regulations (the One Bangkok Forum Rules and Regulations). Entry is conditional on a security search of person and belongings. We and the venue may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who presents an invalid ticket or a ticket bought outside the Official Platforms, poses a safety or security risk, is abusive or heavily intoxicated, disrupts the Event, or otherwise breaches these terms. No refund is payable in these cases. Late arrivals may be held until a suitable break in the show. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the venue, and the venue may impose a fine of THB 5,000 per person for each breach. Fire exit doors may only be used in an emergency, and the venue may impose a fine of THB 2,000 per person for each misuse. Unofficial or counterfeit goods may not be sold or handed out at the venue.
8. Prohibited items
The following may not be brought into the venue: weapons of any kind, fireworks and other pyrotechnics, glass containers, alcohol, illegal substances, drones, laser pointers, professional cameras and recording equipment without accreditation, flagpoles, banners or signs larger than 1.0 x 0.7 metres (see the Flag Policy) or carrying commercial, political or offensive content, animals (other than assistance animals approved in advance under the Accessibility Policy), gas filled balloons, gas cylinders, flammable or hazardous substances, chemical or paint sprays, and any other item the venue reasonably considers dangerous or disruptive. Prohibited items may be confiscated without compensation.
9. Filming and broadcast
The Event is recorded and broadcast worldwide. By attending you agree that you may appear in video, photographs and sound recordings of the Event, and that we, our broadcast partners and our licensees may use these recordings in all media worldwide without payment to you.
10. Changes to the programme
Participants, performers, the running order and the programme may change. Changes of this kind do not give a right to a refund. Cancellation and rescheduling of the Event are covered by the Transfer, Refund and Resale Policy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount paid for that ticket including booking fees, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as travel, accommodation or other costs connected with attending the Event. You bring personal belongings to the venue at your own risk.
12. Personal data
Personal data is handled as described in the Eurovision Asia 2026 Privacy Notice, available at https://eurovisionasia.com/website-privacy-policy/.
13. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects rights that the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence give you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Thailand. If you live outside Thailand and the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you additional protections or another forum, those rights are not affected.
TRANSFER, REFUND AND RESALE POLICY
1. General rule
This policy explains when tickets for the Eurovision Asia 2026 Friday Preview Show and the Grand Finale can be transferred, resold or refunded. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. All ticket sales are final, and tickets are not refundable except as set out in this policy or where the law requires otherwise.
2. Official resale pool
If you cannot attend, you may return your ticket to the official sales pool on the platform where you bought it (Zoop or Megatix). The process works as follows:
- Your ticket is listed at the price you originally paid. Listing above face value is not permitted.
- Your ticket enters the pool of available tickets and can be bought by other fans.
- When another fan buys your ticket, your original ticket is cancelled, and a new verified ticket is issued to the buyer.
- The ticket price is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the resale completing. Booking fees are not refunded on resale.
- A resale is not guaranteed. If no one buys your listed ticket before the pool closes, your ticket remains valid and no refund is due.
- You may withdraw your listing at any time before your ticket is sold.
Resale listings close 24 hours before doors open for the Friday Preview Show and Grand Finale.
3. Ticket transfers
You may transfer your ticket free of charge to another named person through the official platform. Transfers must be completed within 24 hours of the ticket being delivered to your wallet. After the transfer window closes, tickets are not transferable, and the official resale pool is the remaining option. Once a transfer completes:
- The new holder becomes the ticket holder for all purposes under this policy.
- Only the current holder may request a refund in the circumstances this policy allows.
- The original purchaser has no further refund rights and no continuing liability for the transferred ticket.
4. Event cancellation
If the Friday Preview Show and/or Grand Finale are cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund of the ticket price and booking fees. The refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of the announcement. You do not need to apply.
5. Postponement or rescheduling
If the Friday Preview Show and/or Grand Finale are postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the new date being announced. After that window closes, your ticket remains valid for the new date but is no longer refundable, although the official resale pool remains available. Booking fees are not refunded on rescheduling.
6. Personal circumstances
Refunds are not available for personal reasons, including inability to attend, illness, travel disruption or a change of plans. The official resale pool described in clause 2 is the available route in these cases.
7. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us at as soon as possible. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full within 5 to 10 business days.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Allow 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If your card has expired or your account has closed, contact us at before the refund is processed.
9. Unauthorised resale
Tickets listed or sold outside the official resale pool are void and will be refused at the venue without refund. This includes secondary marketplaces, sales through social media and any other unofficial channel. We may cancel tickets that we reasonably believe have been offered for unauthorised resale.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights that the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence give you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where those laws give you greater rights than this policy, those laws prevail.
ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
1. Our commitment
We want every fan to be able to enjoy Eurovision Asia 2026. This policy explains how to book accessible seating, how companion tickets work, and what accessibility provisions are available at One Bangkok Forum Bangkok for the Friday Preview Show and the Grand Finale.
2. Accessible seating
The venue offers:
- Wheelchair user positions with adjacent companion seats.
- Easy access seats close to entrances and with minimal steps, for guests with limited mobility.
3. How to book
Accessible seating is booked through the Zoop or Megatix purchase flow. Tell us about your access requirements when you book so that we can allocate suitable seats. Accessible tickets are sold at the standard price for the relevant category. If accessible seating in your chosen category is sold out, we will offer the nearest available alternative.
4. Companion tickets
Every accessible seat comes with an adjacent companion seat included. There is no separate booking step and no extra charge. When you book an accessible ticket, the companion seat next to it is reserved automatically as part of your booking. The companion must be able to assist the guest throughout the Friday Preview Show and the Grand Finale, including in an evacuation. If you will attend without a companion, tell us when you book so that the seat can be released.
5. Supporting documentation
We may ask for reasonable evidence of access requirements when a companion ticket is booked, such as a disability card, a letter from a medical professional, or an equivalent document recognised in your country. Evidence is used only to administer the booking, is handled in accordance with the Eurovision Asia 2026 Privacy Notice and is deleted after the Event.
6. Venue accessibility
- Step free routes and accessible entrances.
- Accessible toilets.
- Accessible parking and drop off points.
- Hearing assistance systems.
- First aid stations.
- Rest areas.
Ushers and venue staff will be on hand at the entrances and throughout the venue. They can guide you to your seat and show you where the toilets, first aid stations and other facilities are. Please speak to any member of staff if you need help at any time.
The shows are live music events and will be loud. Sound levels in the audience areas are kept within the venue limit of 85 decibels, and the shows may include pyrotechnics, lighting effects and other special effects. If you are sensitive to noise, light or special effects, tell us when you book and we will do our best to allocate seats that suit you. We recommend that guests who are sensitive to sound bring ear protection.
Emergency exits and aisles are kept clear at all times. Wheelchairs, walking aids and other mobility equipment must not be left in aisles or in front of emergency exits, and staff will help you store equipment safely if needed. In an emergency, venue staff will guide guests with access requirements to the nearest safe exit. Please follow their instructions.
7. Assistance animals
Recognised assistance animals are welcome. Tell us when you book so that we can allocate suitable seating and obtain the venue's prior approval, which One Bangkok Forum requires for any animal entering the venue. Pets are not admitted. Assistance animals must remain under your control at all times and must not block aisles or emergency exits.
8. Contact and feedback
For accessibility bookings and questions, contact [email protected]. We welcome feedback on how we can improve access at the Event.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights given to you by applicable disability and consumer protection laws.
