• ราคาที่แสดงคือราคาต่อคน ซึ่งรวมส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ ไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามที่จองไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัล พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินแสดงต่อพนักงาน โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลห้องพักต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้
• ไมเนอร์ โฮเทลส์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่
• การยกเลิก และ/หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง ไม่สามารถทำได้
• ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการเข้ารับบริการเมื่อถึงกำหนดตามวันที่ จะถือว่าได้ใช้สิทธิ์ทั้งหมดของบัตรกำนัลห้องพักแล้ว และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน หรือนำบัตรกำนัลมาใช้ได้อีก
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลที่หมดอายุ
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

General T&Cs for Certificates
• The rate quoted is per person.
• Certificates are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• A copy of your certificate must be presented at the hotel with a valid passport. The name on your Certificate must match the name on your passport.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Certificate rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.
• Certificates may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
• Certificates are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy.
• Minor Hotels is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
• Advance reservation is required through the property.
• Cancellation and/or modification of the booking are not applicable within the validity period
• In the event of a no show, the Certificate is considered to have been redeemed and the full stay will be charged.
• Minor Hotels, Anantara and Avani have the right to reject any expired Certificate and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
• Minor Hotels, Anantara and Avani may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
