  • This voucher is valid for weekdays (Sunday to Thursday). Stay period from 20 November 2023 - 31 May 2024

  • Black out dates: December 29-31, 2023, January 1, 2024 and April 12-16, 2024

  • Long Holidays, Public Holiday & Festive Season are:

    • 2023 December:
      Friday 1 - Tuesday 5, Friday 8, Saturday 9, Sunday 10, and X'Mas Festive from Friday 22, Saturday 23, Sunday 24

    • 2024 January:
      Tuesday 2

    • 2024 February:
      Chinese New Year from Friday 9 - Sunday 11, and Saturday 24, Sunday 25, Monday 26

    • 2024 April:
      Saturday 6, Sunday 7, Monday 8

    • 2024 May:

      Wednesday 1, Saturday 4, Sunday 5, Monday 6

  • Supplement charge at THB 2,200/night for weekends (Friday & Saturday), all room types

  • Supplement charge at THB 2,500/night for Holidays/Long holidays, all room types

  • Food & Beverage Credit is applicable for all villas.

  • When stay in Villa, guests will receive a complimentary Not Your Standard Cocktail Hour at Praça from 3PM - 4PM, daily. 

  • The 3rd person extra charge is THB 1,800/night/room inclusive of breakfast, and can stay only in Suites and Villas except Canopy Villa.
    (Extra bed/Sofa Bed, subject to availability)

  • Kids below 6 yrs old stay for free, inclusive of breakfast and does not include extra bed.

  • Kids between 6-11 yrs old will be charged THB 400.- /person/night and share an existing bed. 

  • Kids between 6-11 yrs old will be charge at THB 900.- /person/night inclusive of breakfast. (Extra bed/Sofa Bed, subject to availability)

  • Baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability)

  • Additional charge for dinner (Staycation package) at THB 1,000.- per person (food only)

  • The pet fee (dog or cat) is THB 1,500.- /room/night with maximum 2 pets/room and stay only in Standard Rooms & Villas – please contact hotel with queries - Villas only max. 2 pets/villa up to 20kgs each.

  • The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemable to cash. 

  • Minimum 7 days advance reservation is required and subject to hotel availability

  • Additional supplement charge on long weekends and festive season will be applied, please check with our reservation department. (See below)

Weekend/Holidays/Festive Supplement charge:

  • THB 2,200/night for weekends (Friday & Saturday)

  • The voucher cannot be exchangable for cash and non-refundable. The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended.

  • The voucher cannot combine with any other promotions, offers and in-room dining service or minibar.
