ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
• ราคาบัตรกำนัลห้องพักรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ สามรถเข้าพักได้ตั้งแต่ 11 กันยายน - 31 ตุลาคม 2568 ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนและ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้ 
• ไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องพักไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักแต่ละใบ ใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักตามจำนวนคืน และสิทธิประโยชน์ตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักหนึ่งใบใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ในแพ็คเกจต้องใช้ภายในการเข้าพักครั้งเดียวกัน 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักนี้ใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนบัตร โดยไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้
• ไมเนอร์ โฮเทลส์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่ 
• กรุณาจองห้องพักล่วงหน้า โดยจองตรงกับโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ทที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรกำนัล ทั้งนี้การใช้บัตรกำนัล ขึ้นอยู่กับอัตราห้องพักที่ว่าง ประเภทของห้องพักที่ว่าง ณ วันที่ทำการจอง และอาจมีวันที่ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ (ซึ่งรวมถึงวันปิดภาคเรียนและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) หรือสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าได้ที่ฝ่ายสำรองห้องพักอวานี โทร  +66 32 898 989 หรือ อีเมล [email protected]
• การยกเลิก และ/หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง อาจจะสามารถหรือไม่สามารถทำได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการเข้าพักของแต่ละโรงแรม เนื่องจากบางโรงแรมมีเงื่อนไขที่ไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเลิกการจอง โปรดดูรายละเอียดที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าพักตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง
• กลุ่มโรงแรมในเครือไมเนอร์ อนันตรา และอวานี ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขบางประการหรือทั้งหมด โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

General T&Cs for Megatix Vouchers
• MEGATix Voucher rates are inclusive of tax and service charges.
• Megatix Vouchers are non-refundable validity of the voucher is until 31 October 2025, as per the voucher's conditions
• Megatix Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• The voucher is non-transferable and valid only for the guest whose name appears on the Megatix voucher.
• MEGATix Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• MEGATix Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed MEGATix vouchers.
• Each MEGATix Voucher constitutes accommodation for the specified number of nights plus the benefits stated in the Voucher.
• MEGATix Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. 
• MEGATix Vouchers are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy. 
• Minor Hotels is not responsible for lost or stolen MEGATix Vouchers.
• Advance reservation is required through the property and redemption of Certificates is subject to the hotel's availability, specific room category availability and ‘blackout’ periods (including school holidays and public holidays). • Cancellation and/or modification of the booking may or may not be applicable within the validity period depending on the hotel. Do note that there are some hotels on a strict no cancellation policy. Please refer to the MEGATix Voucher details for more information. 
• In the event of a no show, the MEGATix Vouchers is considered to have been redeemed and the full stay will be charged.
