• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ 5, 24, 25, 31 ธ.ค. 64 และ 1 ม.ค. 1 ก.พ. 65
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ราคารวมค่าบริการและภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• โรงแรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัดจำนวนการขายบัตรกำนัลและจำนวนการใช้บัตรกำนัลในแต่ละวัน
• โรงแรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม และวัน เวลาที่เปิดให้บริการอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงและมีข้อจำกัดขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้และไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือสินค้าและบริการอื่นๆได้ 
• กรุณาทำการจองก่อนใช้บริการอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงและขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมการให้บริการ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติมได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่อนุญาติให้นำไปขายต่อเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าอื่นๆ 
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมคะแนน World of Hyatt ได้

• The certificate is valid until 30 June 2022 at i.sawan Residential Spa & Club, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok
• The certificate cannot be used on public holidays. Black-out dates are applied for any special holidays: 5, 24, 25, 31 December 2021 and 1 January, 1 February 2022
• The certificate is applicable for the stated treatment program only
• All rates are inclusive of service charge and tax
• A limited number of certificates are available for sale and are allocated daily for redemption
• The hotel reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice
• Hotel's facilities and their operation hours may be limited depending on the situation
• The certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. 
• The certificate requires a 24-hour advanced reservation, stating the name of the offer and subject to the hotel’s availability
• The certificate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions 
• The certificate is not for commercial use
• This certificate is not eligible for World of Hyatt Points
