เงื่อนไขบัตรรับประทานอาหาร

• ไม่สามารถต่ออายุบัตรได้และไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินทุกกรณี
• ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
• จำกัดเวลาการรับประทานบุฟเฟ่ต์ 3 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง/บัตร
• ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถออกบัตรใหม่หรือชดเชยมูลค่าแทนได้
• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นพิเศษต่างๆ ของห้องอาหารได้
• เด็กต่ำกว่า 6 ขวบรับประทานฟรี และอายุ 6-12 ปี ได้รับส่วนลด 50% (จากราคาปกติ)
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ เฉพาะลูกค้าที่สำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น
• ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรรับประทานอาหารได้ในวันที่ 25-29 กรกฎาคม, 12 สิงหาคม, 5 ธันวาคม, 24-25 และ 31 ธันวาคม 2563
• กรณียกเลิกหรือเลื่อนการสำรองที่นั่ง กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน
• กรุณาแสดงบัตรรับประทานอาหารแก่พนักงานเมื่อมาใช้บริการ
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรห้องพัก

• ห้องพักไม่รวมอาหารเช้า 
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ เฉพาะลูกค้าที่จองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วัน
• ใช้ได้ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2563

Dining Voucher can use from 8 July to 31 December 2020.

*Customers must purchase 7 vouchers (or more) in ONE order to get the privilege.
*The hotel will contact the customers who get the privilege back to confirm within 3 days after purchasing.

Dining Voucher's Terms & Conditions

• The voucher cannot exchangable for cash and cannot extend the expiry date.
• Unused balance cannot be refunded or credited.
• All-You-Can-Eat menu has a time limit of 3 hours./time/voucher
• The hotel will not be re-issued the new voucher in case of loss. 
• This voucher is not to be used with other promotional offers or special discount programs.
• The child (under 6 years old) eats FREE. The child (under 6-12 years old) gets HALF price from the regular price.
• Prior reservation is required for the redemption of this voucher and is subject to availability at time of reservation.
• The voucher cannot be valid on the following dates: 25-29 July, 12 August, 5, 24-25 and 31 December 2020.
• In case of cancelling or postponing the reservation, please contact us at least 1 day before the reservation date.
• This voucher must be presented at arrival at the hostess stand.
• The hotel reserves the right to change without prior notice. 

Free night stay's Terms & Conditions
• The free room does not include breakfast.
• Prior reservation is required to get the privilege.
• Customers can use this privilege before 30 September 2020.
