Flavors of Terroir Wine Dinner
The Allium Bangkok is to stage another of its popular Flavors of Terroir wine dinners, with the
wines of Piedmont producer Ceretto, matching a five-course menu of Modern French cuisine.
The hamachi and pickled radish, matched with a Langhe Arneis Blange DOC 2019.
A Langhe Rosso Monsordo DOC 2017 accompanies home-smoked duck breast with duck liver terrine,
and a Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC 2017 matches the Aquarello risotto with black truffle, roasted mushroom and porcini sauce.
A comparative tasting of two wines accompanies the main course of beef striploin
with red cabbage stew, with Barbaresco Bernadot DOCG 2016 and Barolo Brunate DOCG 2013
compared side by side. Dinner ends with a selection of Italian cheeses.
Dinner starts from 07:00 PM.
