• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounted promotions across hotel services and facilities. 
• Gift vouchers are required to be used in the full amount as per the value stated on the voucher, are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for a single transaction only.
• Presentation of the voucher is required upon redemption
• Gift vouchers are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
