ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ถึงวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2565
• บัตรกำนัลโรงแรมราคา 1,000 บาท มีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 2,000 บาท สามารถใช้สำหรับบุปเฟ่ต์ที่ห้องอาหาร The Dining Room หรือ มีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 1,250 บาท สามารถใช้สำหรับห้องอาหารอื่นๆ สปา และ ห้องพัก
• บัตรกำนัลโรงแรมราคา 3,000 บาท มีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 6,000 บาท สามารถใช้สำหรับบุปเฟ่ต์ที่ห้องอาหาร The Dining Room หรือ มีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 4,050 บาท สามารถใช้สำหรับห้องอาหารอื่นๆ สปา และ ห้องพัก
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ที่*เมนูสปาที่ไอศวรรย์ เรสซิเดนท์เชียลสปา แอนด์ คลับ *ห้องพัก (“Standard Rate”บนเวปไซต์ของโรงแรม ) *ห้องอาหาร The Dining Room (เฉพาะค่าอาหารเท่านั้น) ห้องอาหาร Salvia (เฉพาะมื้อกลางวัน วันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ เท่านั้น) และห้องอาหารอื่นๆเช่น You&Mee, Bar@494 และ The Breezeway
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถซื้อล่วงหน้าแล้วใช้ได้อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง และทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการซื้อบัตรบัตรกำนัลนี้แล้วใช้ภายในวันเดียวกัน
• กรุณาทำการสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าก่อนใช้บริการอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงและทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องอาหารและห้องสปาไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามาถนำมาใช้ได้กับงานอีเว้นท์ต่างๆ งานแต่งงาน งานกาลาดินเนอร์  การจัดงานแบบกลุ่ม  สินค้าจากคู่ค้ารายอื่น และสินค้าอื่นๆนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลด หรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ และไม่สามารถเลื่อนหรือเปลี่ยนวันหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้กับ Erawan Bakery เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ค่าเปิดขวด การบริการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์จากบริษัทร่วม สั่งอาหารแบบกลับบ้าน และ สั่งอาหารประเภทเดลิเวอรี่
• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำบัตรกำนัลไปจำหน่ายหรือเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าอื่นๆ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมคะแนน World of Hyatt ได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้และไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือสินค้าและบริการอื่นๆได้ และเครดิตที่ไม่ได้ใช้หรือส่วนที่เหลือไม่สามารถขอคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถใช้ที่โรงแรมอื่นๆ ในเครือไฮแอทได้

Terms and Conditions:

• The certificate is valid until 30 April 2022
• Pay THB 1,000 and receive either THB 2,000 for Buffet at The Dining Room OR THB 1,250 for all other restaurants & Bar, spa, and accommodation.
• Pay THB 3,000 and receive either THB 6,000 for Buffet at The Dining Room OR THB 4,050 for all other restaurants & Bar, spa, and accommodation.
• The certificate is applicable for *spa at i.Sawan Residential spa and club, *accommodation (standard rate only) *dining (food) at The Dining Room, *Salvia (lunch time weekday only), *You&Mee, Bar@494 and The Breezeway.
• The certificate cannot be used for Erawan Bakery, retail products, third party services, takeaways, alcohol beverage, corkage charges, food delivery
• Operating days and hours may change depending on the situation
• The certificate must be purchased in advance at least 24 hours before using only, cannot be purchased and redeemed in the same day.
• 24 hour advanced booking is required, stating the name of the offer and subject to hotel’s availability. For reservation, please call 0 2254 1234 or email [email protected]
• The certificate is not applicable for gala dinner, Hotel events, groups above 20 dinners, retail products or third-party services special rate programs and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• This certificate is not eligible for World of Hyatt points or benefits
• This certificate is not for commercial use
• The certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
