Discover a seven-course tasting menu by Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon, celebrating prized hairy crab from Yancheng, China.

The experience begins with a live hairy crab presentation, followed by traditional steaming over fragrant Xin Hu green tea in a bamboo basket. Each course explores the crab's delicate sweetness, distinctive textures and rich roe through Chef Ho's contemporary Cantonese craftsmanship.

The journey concludes with a warm dumpling infused with ginger, goji berries and red dates, delicately filled with crab roe.
