Please present your ticket together with a valid photo ID (Passport, National ID Card, or Driving Licence) at check-in.

• A photo or screenshot of your ID is accepted.

• A screenshot of your ticket is also accepted.

• The name on your ticket must match the English name on your ID.

🎟️ Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and name changes are not permitted.

Online ticket sales close at 20:00 on the event day. If you miss the online cutoff, tickets can still be purchased at the entrance.

🚤 KOH SAMUI BOAT PACKAGE

For guests staying in Koh Samui.

Hotel Pick-up: 21:00–21:30

Speedboat Departure: 22:00

Return Boat: 04:00 from Bantai Pier

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Hotel pick-up from Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, and Lipa Noi is available with an additional charge of 500 THB per person.
• Hotel pick-up is not available from mountain villas or inaccessible locations.
• Boat operations are subject to weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons, departures may be delayed, modified, or cancelled if conditions are unsafe.
