• The name on your ID must match the name on the ticket.

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after purchase.

• Please treat your ticket as cash — lost tickets cannot be replaced.

• This event is strictly for those 20 years and above.

• No drugs or illegal substances are permitted.

• Entry may be refused for damaged, fake, or unauthorized tickets.

• In the case of force majeure or weather-related cancellation, refunds or credits will be at the Presenter’s discretion.

• The Presenter reserves the right to alter the event date, venue, or schedule without prior notice.

SAMUI BOAT PACKAGE 
For guests staying in Koh Samui:

-9th May 2026 (Halfmoon magic forest 2 stages)

• Speedboat departure 10:00 PM from Koh Samui

• Hotel pick-up: 9:00–9:30 PM and return at 4:00 AM from Bantai Pier

-Pick-ups from Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, or Lipa Noi will incur an additional charge of 300 THB per person

-No pick-ups from mountain villas

-Boat operation depends on weather and sea conditions and may be cancelled if unsafe
