• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ราคารวมค่าบริการและภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว

• บัตรกำนัลนี้เพื่อรับประทานอาหารที่ เบนิฮานา อวานี เอเทรียม เท่านั้น

• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สิทธ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้ โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆและเงื่อนไขตามที่ระบุบนบัตร

• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดสำหรับผู้ที่จองโดยตรงผ่าน เบนิฮานา อวานี เอเทรียมโดยตรง เท่านั้น

• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้เพียง 1 ครั้ง และใช้กับเซตเมนูที่กำหนดเท่านั้น

• ในกรณีที่ไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องอาหารไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก 

• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลห้องอาหารและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัล พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง ให้แก่เจ้าหน้า ณ วันที่มาใช้บริการห้องอาหาร โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
