Terms & Conditions

1. The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised without prior notice. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.
2. We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor do we replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided herein. Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.
3. If the event is cancelled because of any reason outside of the control of the Presenter then refunds shall be at the Presenters absolute discretion.
4. This ticket is valid for the specific activity and location specified on the ticket along with the seating or meal period and cannot be swapped/exchanged to other activities and locations.
5. A Hotel representative will contact you via email to gather any further information regarding food preferences, allergies or special requests.
6. Other Discounts or Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with this voucher/offer. The ticket is non-refundable if not redeemed.
7. Children (6-12 years) are priced at 50% of the full price and can be added on during check out - Proof of age may be requested upon arrival. If child is outside of the age range then the variance will need to be settled accordingly on the day.

1. หัวหิน แมริออท รีสอร์ท และ สปา ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัน เวลา สถานที่ กิจกรรม และสันทนาการต่างๆ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า รวมถึงไม่การันตีตำแหน่งของที่นั่ง
2. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ หากสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือถูกทำลาย และทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนบัตรกำนัลที่ทำการซื้อไปแล้วไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม
3. หากกิจกรรมจำเป็นต้องถูกยกเลิกได้เนื่องด้วยสาเหตุที่อยู่เหนือการควบคุมของทางรีสอร์ท ทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้พิจารณาและตัดสินใจในการคืนเงินแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
4. บัตรกำนัลนี้ใช้สำหรับการร่วมงานตามที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรกำนัลเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
5. ทางรีสอร์ทจะทำการติดต่อไปทางอีเมลเพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการแพ้อาหาร จึงขอความกรุณาทำการตอบกลับหากได้รับอีเมลดังกล่าว
6. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับข้อเสนอพิเศษ โปรโมชั่น หรือแพ็คเกจอื่นๆได้ และไม่สามารถทำการแลกคืนหลังจากการซื้อได้ ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม
7. ราคาสำหรับเด็กอายุ 6-12 ปี คิดเป็นราคา 50% ของราคาปกติและคุณสามารถเพิ่มได้เมื่อเช็คเอาต์ – โปรดแสดงหลักฐานเพื่อยืนยันอายุของเด็กเมื่อเดินทางมาถึงห้องอาหาร หากเด็กมีอายุมากกว่าที่กำหนดจะต้องทำการชำระเงินเพิ่มเติม
