- A supplemental charge of THB 1,500 per night is required during blackout dates: 24 December 2020–1 January 2021, 12–14 February 2021 and 13–15 April 2021.
- A supplemental charge of THB 1,000 per room, per night, is required for a Specialty room, and a supplemental charge of THB 2,500 per room, per night, is required for a Suite room.
- This voucher is cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties.
- This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions or special rates.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
