• This certificate is only applicable for Accommodation, Dining and Spa services at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort
• For Accommodation, the voucher can be redeemed and offset towards all available rate plans which can be inquired at [email protected] 
• For Dining, the certificate is applicable for consumption at Pool House, Pool Bar, Market Café, Sunset Grill, in-room dining and Nahm Spa. 
• This certificate is not applicable for retail products or 3rd party services.
• This certificate can be redeemed from one day after the voucher purchase date until 31 December 2021 and must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort only.
• Purchases exceeding the valid voucher amount must be settled by the bearer at the time of purchase 
• This certificate or any part thereof is non refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
• Vouchers are for single use only. The vouchers can be used for either total or partial of payment
• Advance reservations are required, subject to hotel’s availability.
• Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.
• This certificate is not eligible for World of Hyatt program.
• This certificate is not for commercial use.
• Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the certificate.

• สำหรับการจองห้องพัก บัตรกำนัลนี้ สามารถแลกใช้ตามราคาที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมดบนเวบไซต์ www.hyattregencyphuket.com ท่านสามารถสอบถามได้ที่ฝ่ายสำรองห้องพักได้ที่อีเมล [email protected]
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ สามารถใช้เพื่อรับประทานอาหารได้ที่ Pool House, Pool Bar, Market Café, Sunset Grill, รวมถึงการรับประทานอาหารในห้องพักและ Nahm Spa
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ค้าปลีกหรือบริการจากคู่ค้ารายอื่น และสินค้าอื่นๆนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถแลกได้หนึ่งวันหลังจากวันที่ซื้อ จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 และจะต้องแสดงเมื่อทำการแลก
• รายการค่าใช้จ่ายที่มีมูลค่าเกินกว่ายอดของบัตรกำนัลนั้นจะต้องถูกชำระโดยเจ้าของบัตรกำนัลข้างต้น โดยสามารถชำระเป็น เงินสด หรือบัตรเครดิต ได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้หรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของข้อเสนอนี้ไม่สามารถขอคืน และไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับโรงแรมอื่นในเครือไฮแอท  บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการอื่น ๆได้ ตลอดจนไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ หรือส่วนลดและไม่สามารถขยาย ช่วงเวลาที่มีผลบังคับใช้และจะไม่มีการออกเครดิตสำหรับส่วนที่ไม่ได้ใช้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น และสามารถใช้สำหรับการชำระเงินทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนได้
• กรุณาทำการจองก่อนใช้บริการอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงและทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องพักหรือห้องอาหารไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
• กรณีบัตรกำนัลสูญหายทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถชดเชยมูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตรและขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมคะแนน World of Hyatt ได้
• ไม่อนุญาติให้นำบัตรกำนัลไปจำหน่ายหรือเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าอื่นๆ
• กรณีที่มีข้อโต้แย้งการตัดสินของทางโรงแรมไฮแอทรีเจนซี่ภูเก็ตรีสอร์ทถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุด
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถผลิตซ้ำ เพื่อนำไปขายหรือโอนกรรมสิทธิ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของบัตรได้ โรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกบัตรของขวัญ หากพบว่าบัตรของขวัญที่นำมาใช้ได้รับมาจากวิธีการฉ้อฉลหรือเหตุผิดปกติวิสัย
• ชื่อของ HYATT รวมถึงการออกแบบและเครื่องหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นเครื่องหมายการค้าของ Hyatt Hotels Corporate @ 2020 Hyatt Hotels Corporation, สงวนลิขสิทธิ์.
