• Accommodation booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival date, cancellations made later than 48 hours from arrival date are subject to retention fee equivalent one night room charge, including taxes and service charge.
• Voucher can be redeemed for hotel services including spa, dining, room service, kids club, laundry and minibar.
• Voucher holder must indicate intention to use the voucher as a method of payment at time of booking, failing to do so will result into non-acceptance of the voucher
