On Friday, February 27, 2026, IGNIV shifts into celebration mode from 6:30 PM onwards with the return of the IGNIV Party, transforming the restaurant into a vibrant social hub. The one-night-only event brings together partner restaurants including Delia, a contemporary Mexican eatery known for authentic techniques expressed through Thai ingredients; Liana, a modern French restaurant defined by elegance and precision; and The St. Regis Bangkok, under the culinary direction of Chef Matteo Fontana, each contributing a distinct culinary expression to an evening shaped by collaboration and creativity.
- Behind the bar, the IGNIV Party is led by an accomplished lineup of bartenders, including guest bartender Sarah Madritsch, a multi-award-winning professional and former Bar Manager at IGNIV Zurich and BEÚ Spirits Ambassador, and Nitisak Laphirun from XIM Bangkok cocktail lab. Together with Nongyao “Yu” Phutsorn from the IGNIV Bangkok Bar team and Brian González Fernández, Beverage Manager from The St. Regis Bar, they set the pace for an evening where cocktails flow freely and the energy stays high well into the night.
