• If Kolour, the Event Organizer, postpones the event date at any time before the Event begins, the confirmed hotel booking will be credited/rebooked by the Hotel for the new date (based upon room availability).
• If Kolour Phuket 2022 is canceled entirely by the Event Organizer at any time before the Event begins, the hotel booking will be fully refunded or offered as credit by the Hotel to the Guest for up to one (1) year.
• If the event is still on, the hotel booking is non-refundable.
