Important Information
- Table Booking:
- Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Wristbands for the entire group will be given to the check-in person, who will distribute them at the entrance if all members have not arrived.
- Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. New wristbands must be purchased at the door.
- Check-in:
- Ticket Holders: Arrive early with your QR code for smooth entry and to avoid the rush.
- Table Package: Arrive early with your booking confirmation and present it to the hostess at the entrance.
- At least one person must check in before 7:00 PM to collect wristbands for the group.
- Bottle Package:
- A pre-selected bottle is required.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation from SEEN Beach Club Samui after payment to complete your booking.
- Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellations or refunds.
- Age Restriction:
- This event is for adults only (18+).
- Guests under 18 will not be permitted.
- On-site Payment Methods:
- Cash, credit card, and QR scan PromptPay.
- ATM available on-site.
- Venue Rules:
- Cannabis is not allowed in the venue.
- Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Bulky items are not permitted.
