Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation booked via Marriott.com and is applicable for selected room rates  and non-prepayment rates only, please refer to “rate details” of each promotion to check eligibility.
- Gift vouchers can be used for spa treatments, food and beverage in any of our on-site managed restaurants and bars including in-room dining, excluding transportation, limousine, excursions, mini-bar and activities.
- Gift Vouchers are to be purchased prior to arrival, and are non-refundable.
- Gift Vouchers must be used during one stay and cannot be carried forward for future use or redeemable as cash.
- Any spend that exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid upon check out either in cash, credit card or other available payment method.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounted rates, vouchers, Sneak Out Live’s special offers or special events. If in doubt, please contact the hotel for clarification. 
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used for long stay period (more than 3 nights onward).
- Gift Vouchers will be applied to the guest-folio at the time of check-out or bill settlement. 
- Marriott Bonvoy members are able to earn points at the value of the purchased vouchers or accordingly to the folio at the time of check out, however, the vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Marriott Bonvoy, Club Marriott etc. F&B benefits (discount %)
- Gift Vouchers are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are void after check-out. 
- Gift Vouchers are not applicable for group bookings (10 or more rooms).
- Gift Vouchers are not applicable for catering spend (wedding, meeting etc.)

- บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดสำหรับการห้องพัก ที่สำรองผ่านเว็บไซต์ Marriott.com โดยเป็นจำพวกห้องพักที่ไม่ต้องทำการจ่าย ณ ขณะจอง สามารถเช็คเรท / โปรแกรมที่เข้าร่วมได้ภายใต้ “Rate Details” ที่ระบุของแต่ละโปรโมชั่น
- บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดสำหรับห้องอาหาร, สปา และบริการรูม เซอร์วิส (ไม่รวมบริการรถ ลิมูซีน หรือกิจกรรมต่างๆที่ไม่ใช่เป็นบริการของโรงแรม)
- บัตรกำนัลสามารถซื้อได้ล่วงหน้าและไม่สามารถคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
- บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโครงการเราเที่ยวด้วยกัน และ Marriott's Explore rates
- เครดิตเงินสดจากบัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับราคาโปรโมชั่น ราคาห้องพักพร้อมส่วนลด ส่วนลดสมาชิก เวาเชอร์ โปรโมชั่นพิเศษของ Sneak Out Live รวมถึงเทศกาลและอีเว้นท์พิเศษได้ หากมีข้อสงสัย กรุณาติดต่อโรงแรมเพื่อสอบถามเพิ่มเติม
- เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาวได้ (เข้าพักมากกว่า 3 คืนขึ้นไป)
- บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น โดยมูลค่าในบัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ในครั้งถัดไปหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
- เครดิตไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ และจะถูกยกเลิกหลังจากทำการเช็คเอาท์
- หากมียอดใช้จ่ายเกินจากเครดิตในบัตรกำนัล ยอดค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนต่างจะต้องได้รับการชำระด้วยเงินสด บัตรเครดิต หรือผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่นๆ เมื่อเช็คเอาท์
- เครดิตเงินสดจากบัตรกำนัลจะนำไปเป็นส่วนลดกับยอดที่ต้องชำระเมื่อทำการเช็คบิลหรือเช็คเอ้าท์ โดยส่วนต่างที่เหลือสามารถชำระได้โดยตรงที่โรงแรม
- เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้กับการสำรองห้องพักที่มากกว่า 10 ห้องพักขึ้นไป
- เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้กับการจัดประชุม งานเลี้ยงหรืองานแต่งงานได้ 
- เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาวได้ (เข้าพักตั้งแต่ 4 คืนขึ้นไป)
- บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้จ่ายแทนเงินสดสำหรับค่าห้องพักที่ทำการจองผ่านเว็บไซต์ Marriott.com หรือการจองกับทางโรงแรมโดยตรง หากเป็นการจองห้องพักที่ทำผ่านช่องทางอื่น หรือราคาอื่น นอกเหนือจากที่แจ้งไว้ด้านบนจะไม่สามารถใช้บัตรกำนัลนี้เพื่อเป็นส่วนลดค่าห้องพักได้ แต่ยังคงสามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดสำหรับค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม การทำสปาทรีทเม้นต์ ที่ไม่รวมบริการลีมูซีน หรือกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ไม่ใช่การบริการของโรงแรม
