Flow Pilates: 10.00AM - 11.00AM
Join Ex and JC for a high-energy, low-impact Flow Pilates class that blends breath and movement for a full-body workout.
Lift and CLIMBR: 3.00PM - 4.00PM
Get into a rotating workout with CLMBR machines, dumbbells, and more, led by The Standard Gym team to elevate your strength and endurance.
Burn & Build: 4.30PM - 5.30PM
Channel your inner athlete with Coach Vi and Tuk for a body-sculpting session using minimal equipment and maximum effort.
Sunset All In One: 6.00PM - 7.00PM
Unwind at sunset with Beau, Hammer, and Poon as you flow through yoga poses, core work, and deep stretches for total relaxation and balance.

Each ticket includes 1 workout class at Mahanakhon Square and 1 drink at The Parlor.

You should know that proper sportswear required, valet parking is available and being on time is encouraged.
- Please note that this ticket does not specify the exact time of your class. We recommend that you double-check the class timing you purchased by visiting the Megatix website. Ensure you confirm the correct time for the class you are attending.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In the case of inclement weather conditions, the classes will be moved to the 3rd floor of The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon. Please note that there might be a scheduling delay to the classes. There will be no refunds.
- Tickets will be redeemed at the registration table for a wristband in order to gain entry. Wristbands must be worn for the whole duration of the event. Wristbands are non-transferable.
- Note that certain tickets have timed entry conditions, please ensure you check and comply with condition or else you will not be admitted to the class.
- Guests must agree to a security screening for any prohibited items.
- The event will be filmed and photographed. By entering the events, you give permission to the event organizer to use any photos / videos taken for marketing purposes.
