ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• บัตรกำนัลนี้ สำหรับเข้าพักสองคืนต่อเนื่องกันในห้องพักที่ระบุไว้เท่านั้น และสามารถใช้ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กันยายน - 20 ธันวาคม 2563 ที่โรงแรมแกรนด์ ไฮแอท เอราวัณ กรุงเทพฯ สำหรับคนไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย โดยต้องแสดงหลักฐานเมื่อทำการเช็คอิน
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ราคารวมค่าบริการและภาษีเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สำหรับเข้าพักในห้องพักประเภท King หรือ Twin สองคืนต่อเนื่องกันและรับเครดิตมูลค่า 3,000 บาท (ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า)
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สำหรับเข้าพักในห้องพักประเภท Grand Executive Suite สองคืนต่อเนื่องกันและรับเครดิตมูลค่า 4,500 บาท (พร้อมรับสิทธิ์ Club Access)
• บัตรกำนัลนี้สำหรับเข้าพักในห้องพักประเภท Garden Villa  หนึ่งคืนและรับเครดิตมูลค่า 4,500 บาท (พร้อมรับสิทธิ์ Club Access)
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้และไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือสินค้าและบริการอื่นๆได้ 
• กรุณาจองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงและขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมการให้บริการ โดยแจ้งชื่อโปรโมชั่นที่ระบุบนบัตรกำนัล
• ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัดจำนวนการขายบัตรกำนัลและจำนวนสิทธิ์การใช้บัตรกำนัลในแต่ละวัน
• โรงแรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม และวัน เวลาที่เปิดให้บริการอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงและมีข้อจำกัดขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
• ห้องพักสำหรับผู้ใหญ่สูงสุด 2 ท่านและเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี 2 ท่านโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
• ห้องพักสามารถเข้าพักได้สูงสุด 3 ท่าน โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 500 บาท สามารถใช้เครดิตจ่ายได้
• เครดิตสามารถใช้ได้ในระหว่างที่เข้าพักในโรงแรมเท่านั้น และเครดิตที่เหลือจะไม่ได้รับการคืนเป็นเงินสด หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือสิ่งของใดใดทั้งสิ้น
• เครดิตสามารถใช้ได้ที่ The Dining Room, You&Mee, Bar@494, Salvia, Spasso, The Breezeway และ i.sawan Residential Spa & Club
• เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ค่าบริการเปิดขวด และบริการ Room service
• เครดิตไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับบริการของบุคคลที่สามหรือสินค้า retail ที่จำหน่ายในโรงแรม
• บัตรกำนัลและเครดิตไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น หรือส่วนลดอื่นๆ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สำหรับการเข้าพักเป็นกลุ่ม
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในวันที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2563
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปขายต่อเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าอื่นๆ 
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมคะแนน World of Hyatt ได้

Terms and conditions:

• The certificate can be used for a 2-night or 1-night stay in the stated room type for room only
• The certificate is valid from 25 September until 20 December 2020 for Thai residents. The proof of Thai residences such as the passport or ID is required upon check-in
• The certificate is for 2-night stay in King or Twin Room with THB 3,000 hotel credit (room only)
• The certificate is for 2-night stay in Grand Executive Suite (with Club Access) with THB 4,500 hotel credit
• The certificate is for 1-night stay in Garden Villa (with Club Access) with THB 4,500 hotel credit
• All rates are inclusive of service charge and tax
• A limited number of certificates are available for sale and are allocated daily for redemption
• The hotel reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice
• Hotel's facilities and their operation hours may be limited depending on the situation
• The certificate is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old at no extra charge
• The room can alternatively accommodate up to 3 adults with an additional charge of THB 500 nett in which can use hotel credit to pay
• The certificates cannot be used for groups
• The certificate requires 24-hour advanced reservation, stating the name of the offer and subject to hotel’s availability
• The credit must be used during the stay and can be used at The Dining Room, You&Mee, Salvia, Spasso, Bar@494, i.sawan Residential Spa & Club and not applicable for alcohol beverages, corkage charge and room service
• The certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchange for any other products or services. No credit will be issued for unused portions
• The certificate or credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
• The certificate is not applicable for retail products or 3rd party services
• Black-out dates for stay are 8 November 2020
• This certificate is not for commercial use and not eligible for World of Hyatt Points
